The Val Ferret offers its visitors a preserved natural environment that invites you to participate in a variety of sports, or take the time to contemplate life without interruptions. According to your wish, ski touring, cross-country skiing, climbing, yoga, hiking, mountain biking, trail running, meditation, listening to birdsong or sketching is possible.

• Discover the charms of a rural guesthouse located in a chalet nestled at 1200 m close to the Italian and French borders.

• Discover the opportunity to practice a variety of winter and summer sports and contemplative activities in this magnificent mountain region.

• Discover Ayurveda natural methods to reduce and/or prevent everyday discomforts and rebalance your body.

The Guesthouse location is ideal to organize workshops for small groups (maximum 8 people). You have the choice of five unique bedrooms with very original names: 
 

+ Les hôtes illustres (3 people - 2 beds, including 1 double bed and 1 single bed)
+ Les Ancêtres (2 people - 1 double bed)
+ La Ninon (1 person - 1 single bed)
+ La Dauphin (1 person - 1 single bed)
+ La Mansardée (1 person - 1 single bed)

Prices: CHF 70.- for half board. (dinner, night and breakfast)
            CHF 50.- per night (night and breakfast)
 

The cuisine is inspired by Ayurveda, prepared with local and organic products. 

During your stay, you can use the Yoga-Mazot for your practice. Carpets and equipment are available. It is also possible to book ayurvedic treatments (massage or consultation).
